RETURN POLICY

At Veinly, we want you to love every product. If you're not completely satisfied, here's how we make it right.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition. To start a return, email us with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method.

Damaged or Wrong Items If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return needed.

Non-returnable items We cannot accept returns on items that have been heavily used or damaged after delivery.
